These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
StatusBot provides uptime monitoring services to track website and server availability. We offer different subscription plans, including lifetime deals (“LTD”), which are subject to specific terms outlined in Section 6.
3. User Accounts
(a) You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
(c) You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment and Subscription
(a) Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
(b) Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
(c) LTD purchases are one-time payments, subject to Section 6.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
(a) You agree not to use our services for illegal or malicious purposes.
(b) You must not interfere with or disrupt the platform.
(c) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
6. Lifetime Deal (LTD) Plan Terms
(a) LTD plans grant access to services for as long as StatusBot operates.
(b) LTD plans do not guarantee services indefinitely. If the business shuts down or undergoes restructuring, LTD plans may be discontinued.
(c) We reserve the right to terminate LTD plans if we detect abuse, fraudulent activities, or security threats.
(d) LTD plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Service Availability and Changes
(a) We strive to provide reliable uptime monitoring services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
(b) We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice.
(c) We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
(a) We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
(b) Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service within the last 12 months.
(c) We are not responsible for data loss resulting from service failures.
9. Termination
(a) We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
(b) You may cancel your account at any time.
(c) Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
